Brittney Cerritos Kroiss

Brittney Kroiss (she/they) is a late-identified multi-neurodivergent woman living with disabilities who brings deeply informed lived expertise navigating intersecting social, systemic, and institutional barriers, alongside a strong cross-sector background in public administration, applied sociology, community development, housing and social services, public engagement, analysis, and continuous improvement.

People- and community-centred, equity-focused, and systems-minded, Brittney brings lived expertise, research, analysis, and strategy together to help build more equitable, accessible, and neuro-affirming systems, services, workplaces, and communities.

Professionally, Brittney works as an engagement data analyst in local government, leading mixed-methods engagement research, analysis, and reporting on complex public issues, turning public feedback into clear, decision-useful insights. Brittney also co-led and co-published research on neuro-inclusion in public participation, and brings governance, advising, and community leadership experience through roles with Cythera Transition House Society, the Tri-Cities Local Immigration Partnership, and the Social Housing Alliance.

Deeply committed to advancing health, well-being, and life outcomes for all, Brittney is passionate about practical systems change that improves conditions for neurodivergent people and others facing intersecting barriers and inequities.
