Our programs move beyond awareness—driving structural change through rights-based, neurodiversity-led innovation.
Built by, with and for neurodivergent adults and system partners, each program addresses a critical gap in health, employment, justice, mental health, media, and research systems. Our programs influence change at the system level.
We don’t teach people to cope with barriers — we redesign the systems that create them. All programs are built on:
Lived experience leadership
Trauma-informed & rights-based design
Collaborative, movement-led partnerships
Research, evidence, evaluation & long-term impact
