Designing Neuroinclusive Accommodation Pathways for BC:
Enhancing Workforce Safety through Accessibility

A collaborative proposal is being advanced with UBC Department of Occupational Health and Occupational Therapy and Lara McLachlan, NCF Founder. This exploratory research project proposes to develop and test a system-level, prevention and rights-oriented accommodations framework that shifts responsibility from individual workers to organizational design.
