Designing Neuroinclusive Accommodation Pathways in British Columbia Canada:
Enhancing Workforce Safety through Neurodiverget Accessibility
A collaborative proposal has been submitted with UBC Department of Occupational Health and Occupational Therapy and NCF. This exploratory research project proposes to develop and test a system-level, prevention and rights-oriented accommodations framework that shifts responsibility from individual workers to organizational design.
