Inclusive Justice Collaborative
Led the development and refinement of a Theory of Change focused on improving meaningful participation, restoration, and sustained community support for racialized neurodivergent youth in Ontario’s court and custody systems.
The process integrated evidence review, systems mapping, stakeholder knowledge, and feedback from an interdisciplinary advisory committee.
It identified root causes, gaps, intended outcomes, and practical levers related to policy, accessible communication, strengths-based intake and assessment, supported participation, restorative pathways, transition planning, and continuity of community support.
Deliverables included a detailed Theory of Change, outcomes pathway, implementation priorities, and public-facing communication resources grounded in neurodiversity affirmation, anti-racism, human rights, cultural responsiveness, and Indigenous-led reconciliation. Material was created on a website, in a paper, carousel and will be delivered in a workshop of the Advisory Committee.
